Choosing the right coach is a deeply personal decision, and I understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and understood. As someone who is autistic, has ADHD, and has personally navigated the challenges of a fearful-avoidant attachment style, I bring a unique and compassionate perspective to our coaching work together. I’ve lived the experience of feeling misunderstood, disconnected, and caught in the push-pull dynamic of wanting closeness while also fearing it. I know how overwhelming it can be to navigate relationships—whether with yourself or others—when you feel like you're not quite fitting in or making sense of your emotions.
Here’s why I’m the right coach for you:
Coaching with me is ideal for neurodivergent individuals (e.g., ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences) who struggle with a fearful-avoidant attachment style and face challenges in relationships with themselves or others. If you find yourself torn between wanting connection and fearing rejection, or if you're seeking emotional resilience and healthier relationships, this coaching is for you. I work with people who are ready to invest in their growth and create positive, lasting change.
A fearful-avoidant attachment style refers to a pattern of behavior in relationships where a person desires closeness but also fears it due to past hurts or negative experiences. This can create a push-pull dynamic where someone may distance themselves from others to protect their emotional well-being, even while longing for connection. In coaching, understanding your attachment style is crucial because it helps identify the root causes of relationship patterns and provides the foundation for building healthier, more secure connections.
As someone who is both autistic and has ADHD, I’m deeply familiar with the neurodivergent experience. My coaching integrates an understanding of how neurodivergence can influence emotions, relationships, and self-regulation. I offer personalized strategies that work for your unique brain wiring, whether it’s around managing sensory overload, interpreting social cues, or creating routines that support emotional well-being. The coaching is designed to meet you where you are, honoring your strengths and challenges.
Each session is personalized to address your specific needs and goals. Typically, we’ll begin by discussing what’s on your mind and what challenges you’re currently facing. From there, we’ll explore the root causes of those challenges—whether they relate to emotional regulation, relationships, or self-esteem—and work on practical tools and strategies to address them. You can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you are heard, understood, and supported. We’ll also integrate mindfulness, boundary-setting, and self-compassion practices to help you build emotional resilience.
Here’s a refined version of your statement:
The length of coaching is personalized to your unique needs and goals. Some clients gain clarity and make significant progress in just a few sessions, while others may prefer longer-term support to navigate deeper patterns or major life transitions. Together, we’ll explore your desired outcomes and create a coaching plan tailored to your timeline. Many clients find that about 12 sessions provide the tools and strategies needed to feel empowered and capable of managing life's challenges. My ultimate goal is to equip you with lasting skills and insights, so you can confidently navigate any obstacle that comes your way, both now and in the future.
While my coaching focuses on relationships—particularly with yourself and others—it also extends to many other areas of life. Whether you’re dealing with life transitions, managing stress or anxiety, navigating career changes, or looking to improve your emotional well-being, we’ll use proven tools to support your growth in all aspects of your life. My approach is holistic and tailored to help you thrive in both personal and professional domains.
Coaching is a great option if you're feeling stuck in your relationships or in your personal growth, and if you’re ready to take proactive steps toward change. If you’re open to self-reflection, willing to explore new strategies, and committed to improving your emotional resilience and relationships, coaching can be an incredibly powerful tool. If you’re unsure, I offer a free consultation where we can discuss your goals and determine if coaching is the right fit.
Coaching focuses on personal growth, goal setting, and creating actionable steps to help you move forward. It is generally future-focused and aims to empower you to develop tools for long-term success. Therapy, on the other hand, often explores past traumas and mental health issues in depth. While both are valuable, coaching tends to be more solution-oriented and focuses on achieving specific, positive changes in your life. If therapy is needed, I can work with you to ensure you’re getting the support you need.
To get started, simply send me a message to schedule a free consultation with me. During our conversation, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and how coaching can support you. After the consultation, if we’re a good fit, we can schedule our first coaching session and begin working together on your path toward positive change.
Don't miss upcoming opportunities and free resources to enhance your life and relationships! Subscribers also get 33% off of their one-on-one sessions until April 1, 2025.
